Role and Responsibilities:
Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the business context, trends, pain points, and potential business opportunities and risks related to disruptive trends and technologies. Identify gaps and propose innovative solutions that align with client objectives.
Startup Scouting: Identify startups and technologies that align with the problem statements of corporate clients and have the potential to make a significant impact on their business. Evaluate the suitability of startups and technologies for collaboration.
Facilitation and Collaboration: Facilitate discussions between corporates and startups to define project goals and expected outcomes. Ensure a common understanding of the project situation and foster productive collaboration between stakeholders.
Project Management: Develop project management reports to monitor project progress and status based on the agreed project scope, whether it involves a pilot program or a Proof of Concept (POC). Ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables by both startups and corporates.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, corporate clients, and startups to ensure the smooth progress of projects. Maintain regular communication to address any challenges or issues that arise and ensure alignment with stakeholders' expectations.
Presentation and Reporting: Prepare a variety of presentation materials for stakeholders, including progress updates, project results, and recommendations. Present findings and insights effectively to drive decision-making and maintain transparency.
Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest business trends, emerging technologies, and innovation practices. Continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in the corporate innovation space.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in roles such as Venture Capital, Accelerator, Business Consulting, or Business Analysis. Experience in Project Management or Program Management Office (PMO) is advantageous.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity. Adapt quickly to changing situations, embrace new concepts and processes, and drive results in dynamic settings.
Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Comfortable working with data, interpreting insights, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are essential.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in technology and startups. Familiarity with the startup and venture ecosystem is a plus.
Excellent command of spoken and written English. Ability to articulate ideas, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver impactful presentations.
