RISE seeking a Program Manager to lead our Corporate Innovation & People Transformation programs and intrapreneurship programs to grow our clients’ innovation capabilities throughout all levels of the organization.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with an internal team to people transformation courses, transformative leadership programs, or intrapreneurship programs, including but not limited to workshops, bootcamps, seminars, etc.
- Drive the post-sale journey of our clients, from requirement gathering, to identifying the objective of the project, creating clear problem statements, and designing solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to our clients by building executive level relationships
- Gather feedback from clients, study other success programs, and analyze customer data to identify the best practices that would meet client’s expectations.
- Ensure regular communication with the Business Development and Planner teams to ensure timely client/project involvement, proposal completion, and project success.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Resource Consulting, learning & development, human resources, or other program or course management roles (ideally 4+ years)
- Excellent skills in presentation and facilitation in a group environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
- Proactive and organised person with fantastic interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and strong leadership
- Experience in academy, event management, and networking is a plus.
